Hospitalised

Note: see how my cheeky son pose...

The school term holiday is going to end soon. Others have 1 week of holiday while my kids have 2 weeks of holiday. Both of them were sick and hospitalised; Jo1 had viral fever and Jo2 had acute bronchitis. Both of them were recovered and discharged after staying at hospital for 5 days with 1 lodger(me) taking care of them at night time, that's how my kids and I spent our 2008 first term school's holiday.
Normally, I can handle whenever my kids are sick but this round is different. Jo1 was down with high fever on Sunday, she slept through for hours and still very tired. I fed her with PCM every 4 hourly, and she scared me when I tried to wake her up for medicine and she was unconscious no matter how. I kept calling her name, shake her body and I was panic don't know what to do except tears dropped from my eyes. All the while, I thought I was brave and tough, I can handle everything even when papa2jojo is not around. Since papa2jojo is at work, I called to inform him and my mother to ask for help. At the end, I rushed them to Dr.Sim's new clinic @Srigim Medical Centre. I felt so relieved when my mother went to hospital to take care of Jo2 and papa2jojo also came later.
My mother helped me to take care of Jo2 for a night, and she called me the next day that Jo2 got cough and can't sleep for the whole night. So, I got no choice but asked her to bring Jo2 to the clinic for treatment also. That's how I ended up having 2 kids in the same hospital.

oh dear, i just read about Jo1 and Jo2 hospitalised. You must be having many many sleepless nights.
When Kelvin admitted, i tend to wake up every hr to check on him...can't sleep well. Sigh. Is Jo2 fully recover from bronchitis now?

Luckily we and our parents stay near, else we will like chicken running without head huh!
